How do I track my order?

For orders despatched via a  tracked service, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. This email will be sent once the carrier has collected your parcel from our warehouse, typically late in the evening or early the following day.

How much does shipping cost?

Most likely! We are able to ship to many countries around the world via domestic postal services and international couriers. Please select your country of delivery at the checkout for full options.

STEAMCREAM are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes or charges. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax or charges you may be liable to pay, please check with your local authorities before placing an order.

Some countries prohibit or restrict the importation of some types of goods. You may need a general or special license and/or other documents to import goods, particularly but not limited to larger or commercial quantities. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities whether the goods you intend to import are subject to any such restrictions. If your goods are retained or confiscated by your local authorities for any reason, it is your responsibility alone to negotiate with them the terms on which such goods might be released to you. If your goods are un-deliverable for any reason and are returned to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs which may be charged back to STEAMCREAM.
