"The cream arrived quickly and is lovely as usual. However I had been unable to contact the team by e mail before purchasing and so wasn't able to get a loyalty code (as a loyal customer). Only got two pots and may not purchase any more now."
"I have been using this and buying gifts for over a decade. Not full 5 stars because the beautiful tin designs were why I was buying for people (and myself) still use the jars to this day. Also the large bottles are not available either so not sure if I will look elsewhere next time. For me I need value in a big bottle and for gifts I want the designs. So a bit of a miss after the recent changes on both counts. Sorry."
"We started buying Steam Cream, on our trips to Japan, many years ago. My wife was hooked on it from our japanese daugter inlaw. She and her mom loved it, as does my wife."
"I have used and liked this cream for a long time. It stands out from all the others. Pity it has become so expensive."
"Steam cream is a dream cream. It's so light on the skin. The fragrance is lovely. It is a treat to use."
"The cream is as good as it has always been, but oh, how I miss those beautiful tins!"
"Excellent product and quick delivery."
"I have used Steamcream for years now, latterly out of the "pump bottle". am very disapponted that I cannot buy the latter as a "stand-alone" product and will have to rethink my future purchases."
"It works well! I think the container is a miss tho! Its very loose cream and spills easily! Concept is cute but better packaging would help!"
"I have been using this cream for probably nearly 15 years. I love it and I got concerned when they run out of it I think last autumn. Of course I have been very surprise by the huge increase in price, but in the"creams" market, it is still affordable. Like anybody else, I missed the decorated tins, but as I kept some spare ones, I just transpose to one of them. I have no other cream than this one at home, I can use it for hands, face and body. When I travel it becomes also my make-up remover and after sun cream. So versatile, light and easily absorbed, has a subtle natural beautiful smell. I would be desperate if this was no longer available."
