RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any items within 14 days of receipt as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
If the items are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale, please ensure you return them within 14 days of receipt. In this event, on receipt of the damaged/faulty items or items that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, you will be offered an exchange or full refund. You will also be refunded any postage costs once items have been delivered back to us and after you have sent us a postage receipt.

You have a right to cancel your order before we despatch it (orders are normally despatched within one working day if orders are placed before 12pm GMT). Should you wish to cancel your order, please call us on on +44 (0) 2036 370 025 between 9am - 5pm GMT between.

If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been despatched. We will be happy to exchange the items or refund the card used to make the purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.

Please make sure to pack your items securely and include a note to tell us why you are sending them back. We will refund you within 7 working days from receiving a cancellation notice.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
